HOW IT WORKS
1. The app asks the relayer for a quote: gas estimate × gas price × RWA/ETH rate.
2. You sign the request (EIP-712). Nothing is sent from your wallet.
3. The relayer submits it to RWAForwarder 0xDDDf8DC6…af9eb33e, which charges the fee in RWA to the treasury and executes the transfer as you.
4. Any dApp on RWA Chain can use the same forwarder; protocol contracts read the signer through ERC-2771.
